Your First Visit

What To Expect

01

Before Your Appointment

You will need to fill out a new patient form, as well as provide your dental insurance card (if you have insurance). If you're unable to fill out the form in advance, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

02

A Warm Welcome

We are genuinely excited to meet you and welcome you to our dental family! From being greeted at the front desk to receiving comprehensive care in the treatment room, you will be in great hands with our wonderful and caring team members.

03

Getting to Know Your Smile

We believe in collaborative, comprehensive care. We will be reviewing your medical and dental history paperwork, taking a complete set of x-rays (if required), and performing a thorough and complete oral health evaluation. We listen to understand your oral health goals and concerns. Based on our findings, we create treatment options and develop a plan you can feel confident in.

Insurance Coverage

Please know we are considered an out-of-network provider and still work with your insurance. By scaling back on accepted insurances, we are able to invest in top of the line equipment and products, thereby providing you with the highest quality and standard of care. As a courtesy, our staff will complete and process all insurance claims and submit them to your insurance company, along with all necessary treatment information.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 48 hours notice if needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling our office.
